She was a collaborator with the National Confederation of Commerce Workers (CNTC), acting in the approval of the Merchants Law and the installation of parliamentary fronts. At the Brazilian Industrial Development Agency (ABDI), Camila worked on the formulation and execution of the Growing Brazil Plan. Professional in Political Science (UnB).

Specialist in public policies, regulatory environment, and market trends for public and private health sectors. Acted as coordinator in the Municipal Health Secretariat of Registro; as a researcher at the Center of Studies and Research of Sanitary Law (CEPEDISA-USP) and LSE; also worked at the WHO in Geneva. Holds a master’s in Health Law and Health Policies from Univ. Paris X-Nanterre/LSE-LSHTM.

Specialist in structuring infrastructure projects. He was the director of Corporate Finance at Banco Garantia. He was managing partner of Valora, where he structured PPP and concession contracts that reached an equivalent of USD 4 Billion in various sectors. Mário Gomez

Leads Prospectiva in Colombia. Specialized in advising companies, international organizations, and NGOs in their government relations strategies, with more than 16 years of experience. He worked with the United Nations, was Economic Attaché to the Embassy in France and Senior Political Counselor in the Embassy in the UK, as well as a partner and general manager in a government relations consultancy. He has worked on countless public affairs projects in highly regulated sectors. Professional in Government and International Relations, with a Master’s in Development.

Mauricio Barbieri

Marketing Director of Prospectiva, first contributed to the company in 2002. Is currently responsible for elaborating projects for institutional promotion in Latin America through local partnerships, content production, and developing new digital products. Started his career in W/Brasil and was founding partner of Tastedg, a relationship marketing agency responsible for companies in the premium segment. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo and one in Social Communication from ESPM. Has an MBA in International Relations from NUPRI - USP.

Nelson Tartuce

General Manager of Prospectiva. Acted as the director of the WestLB bank in São Paulo and New York. He was the director of LCA Consultores, where he participated in contractual rebalancing in public concessions. He acted as an expert witness in arbitrations in Brazil and abroad and has authorization from the CVM for the management of securities portfolios. Nelson is an economist from FEA-USP and an administrator from FGV.

Renata Curi Hauegen

Responsible for the Health sector in Prospectiva. Coordinated the Partnership and Innovation sector at Fiocruz's Center for Technological Development in Health. He led Farmanguinhos’ legal department. He founded CURIe - projects and studies in access to health. He worked as an advisor in international projects on access and prevention of new epidemics. He has an MBA in business law from FGV/Rio, a master's degree in law and new technologies and a doctorate in public policy from the Institute of Economics at UFRJ.

Responsible for the international operations of the company, with focus in operations in Latin America. He is a specialist in strategic planning, public policy analysis, regulation, and international negotiation. Director of Corporate Financing. He participated in the Credit Training Program of Chase Bank Manhattan - Brazil and was director of Banco WestLB of Brazil with activities in the areas of credit, customer relations, trade, and project finance. He was director of Valora, a company specialized in advising on concession/PPP projects and trade finance.

Thiago Camargo

Former National Secretary for Digital Policies and Secretary for Information Policy from 2017 to 2019 and a member of the Internet Management Council until 2020. Thiago is a lawyer from the Catholic University of Goiás and has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Columbia University. Before joining the then Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Communications, he served as Executive Superintendent of Planning of the Department of Management and Planning; and Executive Superintendent of Innovation, Science and Technology for the State of Goiás. He also served as Executive Secretary of the Interstate Development Consortium of Central Brazil.

Ulisses Rapassi

Leader of the office in Brasilia. Specialist in the definition and implementation of relationship strategies with the government and other public actors, with more than 20 years of experience. In addition to being the founder of the Macropolitica team, he acted as a parliamentary secretary and chief of staff in the House of Representatives. He has a degree in law and journalism.

Adriano Laureno

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Science and a Master's degree in Economic Theory from the University of São Paulo. Carried out academic exchange program in the Technische Unversität Berlin. He was a research assistant at FIPE, and has published and presented papers in academic conferences in Brazil and abroad about macroeconomics and complexity economics. He also comments frequently on political and economic issues in publications such as O Globo, Valor Econômico, Nexo, and Infomoney.

Alexandra Martinez

Manager of the Latin America team, Alexandra has a bachelor’s degree in international relations and political science, with focus in national security and regional studies from Florida International University. Previously, she worked at the International Rescue Commission with a federal deputy, and also at the political department of the United States embassy in Brasilia. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Alexis Carranza

Conducts studies in public, electoral, and political affairs. He has experience in academic research. In 2018, he collaborated with the Mexican delegation of the Ministry of Economy in the renegotiation rounds for NAFTA and in meetings with the Pacific Alliance. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Works in Prospectiva since 2020. Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a specialization degree in political analysis.

Anderson Dias

Graduated in Political Science from UnB. Has experience accompanying legislative processes and elaborating political scenarios. Worked in other consultancy companies in Brasilia, where he was involved with themes related to electrical energy, base industry, sports materials, civil construction, and especially law. Collaborated with the elaboration of a law that established the count deadline in business days in Special Courts. Also acted in the validation of tax benefits for the food industry segment of Santa Catarina.

Conducts political and regulatory studies, in addition to market analysis and institutional positioning elaboration. Has worked at the Investment Bank area at Bank Santander, where he participated in different processes of mergers and acquisitions representing both buyers and sellers, for companies of distinct sectors. He is an economist (FGV) and has a master’s in international relations (USP), and is part of the CAENI-USP (Center for Studies of International Negotiations).

Amanda Oliveira

Coordinates the subnational content production team, with experience in the federal area. Responsible for the monitoring of macropolitical issues in the state level, such as tax reform and tax incentive discussions. Works in government relations since 2016, with focus in the consumer goods sectors. Has collaborated with the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia and an MBA in big data and competitive intelligence, and currently attends an MBA in institutional relations in IBMEC.

Leads the Content Production teams for Federal and State levels, supporting the monitoring of the Executive and Legislative powers and the supervision of discussions and key themes for clients. Works with government relations since 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UnB and MBA in Business Management from USP/Esalq. Has international experience in France, where she studied international public law at the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Has acted in the area of service negotiation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with infrastructure projects.

Responsible for customer service in the industry and consumption sector. He worked as Research and Public Policy Officer at the Australian Embassy in Brasilia, where he covered topics such as agribusiness, mining, and energy, and as Project Manager for Energy and Low Carbon and Analyst for Infrastructure and Education at the British Embassy. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília and a master's degree in International Development from the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI).

Project coordinator of the Bogota team. She is responsible for several long-term local and regional health projects. Camila has experience in consulting and strategy development for highly regulated sectors, as well as in the development of public policy analysis, legislative analysis, and engagement strategies. She has worked at Prospectiva since 2019. She has a degree in Government and International Relations with emphasis in public management. Camila is fluent in Spanish and English.

Leads the administrative and financial area and is responsible for the processes of people and management in Prospectiva. Has experience in strategic planning, managing change, target deployment, and continuous improvement with implementation and consolidation of results-focused management models. Graduate in International Relations (PUC), has a master’s in Community Law (Real Instituto de Estudos Europeus of Zaragoza), in addition to being certified in project management (SENAC) and holding an MBA in big data (FIAP).

Leads the Insurance and Transportation area at Prospectiva, developing analysis of key sectoral issues and engagement strategies with stakeholders from the Executive and Legislative branches and regulatory agencies. Was coordinator of the technology team of Prospectiva, conducting field activities for the area at the National Congress. Has had professional experience in the public sector (IPEA). Has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s in Sociology from UnB. Studied for a semester in England (University of Southampton).

Coordinates the federal analysis team. Holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and completed an Update and Improvement course in Parliamentary Law and Legislative Process at UniCeub. She has worked in government
relations, with experience in various sectors, such as agriculture, infrastructure, technology, chemicals and health. Before integrating the Prospectiva team, she has collaborated in other political consultancy firms.

Isabela Macedo

Is a Public Affairs manager in Prospectiva, with focus in the food and beverage area. She has previously acted as public affairs consultant for clients from the agribusiness, health, and technology sectors, and in the public sector she was a parliamentary advisor for the Ministry of Planning, Development and Management. She also served as an intern in an association of the beverage sector and in the Parliamentary Affairs Office of the Presidency of the Republic. Isabela holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia and is completing her MBA in Institutional and Government Relations at Mackenzie.

Juan Sebastian Bejarano

Public Affairs manager specialized in the legislative branch from our Bogota office. Juan Sebastian holds a B.A in Political Science and Government and has a postgraduate degree in Public Opinion and Political Marketing, with more than 10 years of experience as a communications and public affairs strategist from the academic, legislative, and government perspective. Prior to joining Prospectiva Colombia he served as a legislative advisor for the presidency of the Health Commission of the Congress of Colombia and as coordinator of citizen participation in the Colombian Superintendence of Health and has broad experience working in the legislative. Juan Sebastián has also experience working as college professor in politics communications.

Manuela Cambel

Based in Argentina, Manuela holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and International Relations (UADE) and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics (UTDT). She previously worked as a consultant in the private sector, conducting sector diagnosis and institutional and background analysis. She also has experience in research and university teaching. Manuela joined the LATAM team in the context of a joint venture between Prospectiva and the Argentinean consulting firm ABECEB. Manuela is fluent in English and Spanish.

Raquel Guimarães

Manager of the client attendance area for health industries, is responsible for the analysis, government intelligence, and strategy elaboration for interest defense along with Executive and Legislative powers. Works in Prospectiva since 2015, with experience in the Food and Beverage sector, both in federal and subnational levels. Was president of Stategos, junior enterprise of political Science at the University of Brasilia, leading political analysis projects and congress research. Has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of Brasilia, where she participated in a research group about Democracy and Inequality.

Rebecca Bonaldi

Leads the client attendance team focused on states and capitals. Works in Prospectiva since 2018 and has collaborated with the structuring of the subnational monitoring team.

Has experience with governmental relations, worked as an analyst in Patri Políticas Públicas, carried public opinion polls and public policy evaluation at Ipsos, and worked in the area of bidding processes and public-private partnerships at General Electric. Graduated in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo and has a MBA degree in Governmental Relations from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Leads the Communication area for Prospectiva's Public Affairs and Business strategies. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked in multinationals in the industry, financial market and retail, in addition to large communication agencies. Focused on the companies' business objectives, participation in large projects and crisis management reinforce its strategic vision. He holds a degree in Journalism from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM and a certification in Finance from Saint Paul Business School.

Consultant for the Latin American team based in Mexico City, Sofia is responsible for monitoring, analysis, and scenario construction in the areas of health and technology. She previously worked in political strategy and electoral campaigns, and also has experience in university teaching and research, particularly in social research methodology. Sofia holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UNAM and is specializing in Public Policy and Gender Perspective. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

He holds a BA in International Relations, with academic experience at the Budapest Business School (Hungary). She is currently a postgraduate student in political advisory and public policies at UnB.

Coordinates the team responsible for sectorial data intelligence. At Prospectiva since 2018, she has served clients from various sectors such as food, energy, and consumer goods. She was President of the Junior Enterprise Federation of the Federal District and worked on a consulting project for the Brazilian Post Office. She also has experience as a business analyst in the food industry and in 2018 she participated as general campaign coordinator for a federal deputy. She has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UnB and a postgraduate degree in Business Management in Canada.

Manages the Macropolitica area for Latin America. Before joining Prospectiva in 2015, was a collaborator at the Disarmament and Sensitive Technology Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Intersindical (Inter-Union) Department of Parliamentary Assistance. Is a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English and Spanish. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia, with a master’s in Policies and Public Management for Development from the same institution, and an MBA in Government Relations from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Manager of the Colombian team, Valentina has a degree in Governmental and International Relations and Regional Development Management. Worked at the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, in the Health Commission as well as the Law Cabinet of the Senate. Valentina leads strategy conception processes for various sectors. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

For almost 40 years in the Brazilian Army, has commanded great military organizations and lead strategic projects such as PROTEGER and RECOP. Was head of the Special Counseling for Big Events of the Army (World Cup and Olympics 2016). Holds a doctorate and mater’s degree in Military Sciences. Alumni from the Royal College of Defense Studies (London) and from Führungsakademieder Bundeswehr (Hamburg). Since 2016, serves as a consultant in institutional relations for great enterprises.
